Soft wire
Compared to half-hard wire, this wire is softer and can be bent by hand. It is easy to deform but also easy to handle due to its softness.
Regarding [0.63] and [0.80]: While softer than half-hard wire, their thickness makes hand-bending difficult. We recommend using tools such as pliers for working with these gauges.
Gold Filled is a material where 14K gold is pressure-bonded to a base metal (brass). If the gold weight constitutes 1/20 or more of the total weight, it is called Gold Filled. The surface is entirely 14K gold, but by using brass for the unseen core (which does not touch the skin), it offers an accessible price point. Therefore, its appearance is similar to solid gold parts and differs from plated parts. It also has the advantage of being more durable (less prone to peeling) than plating.
