These are Mabe pearls (Silver-lip Oyster half-round pearls), also known as "sunlight."
They have a beautiful, stable white luster.
While similar to Mabe pearls, these use Silver-lip Oyster as the mother-of-pearl, not Mabe shells.
Globally, half-round pearls are commonly called "MABE" regardless of the mother-of-pearl type. However, in Japan, the birthplace of Mabe pearls, it is considered more accurate to call them half-round pearls rather than Mabe pearls.
These are undrilled, so please use them for stone setting, etc.
