These are Round Faceted synthetic Alexandrite stones. They are produced using the "Czochralski method (crystal pulling method)," which applies semiconductor technology to grow ultra-pure single crystals. Their most significant feature is a dramatic color change. Under natural light, they display a deep blue-green, and under incandescent light, they vividly change to a reddish-purple (the 3rd image is taken with incandescent light, and the 4th image with a black light (peak wavelength 395nm)). As loose stones for jewelry, their transparency and color are excellent. Since they are undrilled, they are ideal for settings and other types of processing. They have been authenticated as "Synthetic Alexandrite."
