All images are photographs of the actual items. For products that do not vary in quality, images taken previously may be used.

We strive to present images without any correction whenever possible. However, due to camera characteristics, colors may appear more vivid than in reality, or in cases where the color tone is judged to differ significantly from the actual item, adjustments may be made solely to bring the color closer to the real appearance. (We do not perform any adjustments intended to enhance color vibrancy.)

Please use the listed product sizes as a general reference. We disclaim responsibility for minor size variations or differences between individual items.

Due to the nature of natural stones, items may contain small scratches, inclusions, or minor chips that occur during processing or transportation. These are not eligible for compensation or exchange.

For items sold per bead, pieces with minor scratches, chips, inclusions, distortions, or chipped drill holes may be included. We do not provide individual compensation or exchanges when multiple beads are sold. (For example, if one bead out of a set of three has a flaw, we cannot offer compensation or exchange on a per-bead basis.)

We disclaim responsibility for small (or minimal) scratches or chips that cannot be fully captured in images.

As natural stone beads and loose stones are primarily sold in strands or multiple-piece sets, we do not conduct detailed inspections of each individual piece.

Product descriptions and quality gradings of natural stones are based on our subjective evaluation. They are not absolute or universal standards, so please make your own judgment based on both the description and images.

Due to the nature of natural stones, even within the same grade or lot, there may be variations in size, color, and quality within what we consider the same lot.

If the hole size is unclear, it is not listed in the description. (In most cases where it is not specified, silicone cord will not pass through, so please use wire or similar materials.)

Even when a hole size is provided for natural stones, it is only a guideline and not guaranteed.
