These are Cacoxenite in Amethyst Chips (Small Nugget) shape. Also known as "Moss Amethyst," Cacoxenite is a popular healing stone and one of the inclusions found in Elestial Quartz. Its name is said to be derived from the Greek word "kakoxenios," meaning unsociable or unkind. This is a rare natural stone, with few beads processed and limited distribution. It is highly popular as a power stone. Some pieces may even be referred to as Red Amethyst (Party Color Amethyst).
