These are Faceted Button Rondelle beads of Indian Alexandrite. The rough stones are rare and expensive, so very few processed beads are available on the market. Despite their Small Size, many beads exhibit a Cat's Eye effect. When exposed to a black light (peak wavelength 395nm), a red fluorescent reaction was observed.
