(For example, if one bead out of a set of three has a flaw, we cannot offer compensation or exchange on a per-bead basis.)

We disclaim responsibility for small (or minimal) scratches or chips that cannot be fully captured in images.

As natural stone beads and loose stones are primarily sold in strands or multiple-piece sets, we do not conduct detailed inspections of each individual piece.

If the hole size is unclear, it is not listed in the description. (In most cases where it is not specified, silicone cord will not pass through, so please use wire or similar materials.)
