This is a Vajra made of volcanic natural glass, Black Obsidian. "Vajra" is a Sanskrit word, known in Japan as "Kongosho". It was a weapon held by ancient Indian gods, but it is used as a Buddhist ritual tool in Esoteric Buddhism and Tibetan Buddhism as a symbol of "Bodhi-mind that dispels worldly desires". It is also popular as an amulet for warding off evil. There is a hole on one side, so it can be hung and used as a Pendant. Recommended for those who run a power stone shop.
