Our crystals are "natural" Quartz.
Crystal (Quartz) includes both synthetic and natural Quartz. Synthetic Quartz, as the name suggests, is artificially created using the chemical formula for Quartz. Synthetic stones are beautiful because their crystals are stable, and they have the advantage of being inexpensive due to their abundant supply. However, strictly speaking, they cannot be called "natural stones." A considerable percentage of Quartz sold as "AAA" quality contains synthetic Quartz. There are also cases where synthetic Quartz is sold believing it to be natural Quartz. We consistently source our Round Crystals from only one reliable factory. We also periodically send samples for random identification, and all results to date have confirmed them to be natural Quartz.
Furthermore, we are very particular about the Quartz round beads we handle.
Quartz round beads are a classic material often used by customers to make bracelets with silicone beading line. If the inside of the hole is rough, or if the edge of the hole is damaged and sharp, the beading line or silicone beading line can easily break when passed through. The Quartz we handle is sourced from a factory that pays close attention to the finish of both the inside and edges of the holes, and we further select items with minimal edge damage. Therefore, while the sourcing cost is slightly higher, we believe that for a small price difference, there is a significant difference in quality that far exceeds the cost. As a result, we can confidently recommend our products to our customers.

All images are photographs of the actual items. For products that do not vary in quality, images taken previously may be used.
We strive to present images without any correction whenever possible. However, due to camera characteristics, colors may appear more vivid than in reality, or in cases where the color tone is judged to differ significantly from the actual item, adjustments may be made solely to bring the color closer to the real appearance. (We do not perform any adjustments intended to enhance color vibrancy.)
Please use the listed product sizes as a general reference. We disclaim responsibility for minor size variations or differences between individual items.
Due to the nature of natural stones, items may contain small scratches, inclusions, or minor chips that occur during processing or transportation. These are not eligible for compensation or exchange.
For items sold per bead, pieces with minor scratches, chips, inclusions, distortions, or chipped drill holes may be included. We do not provide individual compensation or exchanges when multiple beads are sold. (For example, if one bead out of a set of three has a flaw, we cannot offer compensation or exchange on a per-bead basis.)
We disclaim responsibility for small (or minimal) scratches or chips that cannot be fully captured in images.
As natural stone beads and loose stones are primarily sold in strands or multiple-piece sets, we do not conduct detailed inspections of each individual piece.
Product descriptions and quality gradings of natural stones are based on our subjective evaluation. They are not absolute or universal standards, so please make your own judgment based on both the description and images.
Due to the nature of natural stones, even within the same grade or lot, there may be variations in size, color, and quality within what we consider the same lot.
If the hole size is unclear, it is not listed in the description. (In most cases where it is not specified, silicone cord will not pass through, so please use wire or similar materials.)
Even when a hole size is provided for natural stones, it is only a guideline and not guaranteed.
