我們的水晶是「天然」水晶。
水晶有合成水晶和天然水晶。合成水晶顧名思義，是根據水晶的化學式人工製造的。合成石具有結晶穩定的優點，使其美觀，且因可大量生產而價格低廉。然而，嚴格來說，它們並非「天然石」。市面上以「AAA」品質銷售的水晶中，有相當大的比例含有合成水晶。也有將合成水晶誤認為天然水晶出售的情況。我們始終只從一家可靠的工廠採購圓形水晶。我們還會定期隨機抽取樣品進行鑑定，所有樣品都始終被確認為天然水晶。
此外，我們對所處理的水晶圓珠非常講究。
水晶圓珠是一種經典材料，常用於製作串珠手鍊。如果孔內粗糙，或孔邊緣有刮痕且鋒利，穿過珠子的彈力線或矽膠線很容易斷裂。我們所處理的水晶來自一家專門處理孔內和孔邊緣的工廠，我們進一步挑選邊緣瑕疵較少的商品。因此，我們的採購成本略高，但我們認為，就微小的價格差異而言，品質差異遠大於成本。因此，我們可以自信地向客戶推薦我們的產品。

Due to the nature of natural stones, even within the same grade or lot, there may be variations in size, color, and quality within what we consider the same lot.
If the hole size is unclear, it is not listed in the description. (In most cases where it is not specified, silicone cord will not pass through, so please use wire or similar materials.)
Even when a hole size is provided for natural stones, it is only a guideline and not guaranteed.
