This is a Gold Filled (Gold Filled) screw eye pin w/Ring. By inserting it into a half drilled hole bead and securing it with adhesive, you can use it as a dangle. Gold Filled is a material (brass) with 14K gold pressure bonded to it. If the weight of the gold is 1/20 or more of the total weight, it is called Gold Filled. While 14K gold is pressure bonded and the surface is entirely 14K, the core, which is not visible (and does not touch the skin), is made of brass, making it an affordable option. Therefore, its appearance is very close to solid gold parts and differs from plated parts. It also has the characteristic of being more durable (less likely to peel) than plating.
