This is a half drilled hole, round Baltic Amber, a natural amber found along the Baltic Sea coast. Natural amber is color-treated to achieve this beautiful Color. For the half drilled hole, eye pins (insert metal parts) or 9-pins with a gauge of 0.8mm or less can be used. It is a light and easy-to-handle material.

This product is amber that has undergone pressure and heat treatment. As processing technology has advanced, it has become common to correct thin rough stones into thicker shapes by applying pressure and heat, and then processing them. This method makes it easier to create larger sizes and reduces raw material loss, allowing for sales at a lower price. To the best of our knowledge, most amber with uniform shapes uses this method. Regarding amber processed with this technique, there is no unified view from gemological societies, so depending on the knowledge and interpretation of the appraiser, it may be identified as "amber," or the issuance of aŠӕʏ‘ (identification report) may be refused, or it may be judged as "imitation stone."
