Ce sont des perles de forme pépite à facettes fabriquées à partir de quartz cristal naturel du Brésil, présentant des facettes aléatoires. Bien qu'elles contiennent des inclusions (imperfections internes) caractéristiques des pierres naturelles, elles conservent une grande transparence globale, permettant à la lumière de les traverser et d'émettre un éclat rafraîchissant, semblable à celui de la glace.
