Il s'agit d'un cabochon rond en météorite d'Altai ouïgoure. Il est recouvert d'un matériau spécial qui combine du métal et des cristaux de céramique mélangés à un colorant, ce qui le rend résistant au frottement et à la corrosion. Le motif de Widmanstätten, une structure en forme de mailles caractéristique des météorites de fer, peut être observé. La météorite d'Altai est une météorite (météorite de fer) découverte dans la région d'Altai de la région autonome ouïgoure du Xinjiang, en Chine. Les météorites tombent généralement sur une étendue de plusieurs à des dizaines de kilomètres, mais la météorite d'Altai est célèbre comme l'une des plus grandes averses de météorites du monde, s'étant étendue sur 425 km.
