Il s'agit d'une kaolinite de forme rectangulaire (kaolinite, halloysite, hylosite). C'est une pierre synthétique appelée "neri", fabriquée à partir de poudre de pierre, et identifiée comme une pierre d'imitation. Nous l'avons essuyée avec une serviette humide pour vérifier la décoloration due à la teinture, mais il n'y a eu aucune perte de couleur. Cette petite taille est facile à utiliser, et avec deux trous, une grande variété d'agencements est possible.
