Il s'agit d'une labradorite andésine de Madagascar facettée en forme de marquise (pierre de lune arc-en-ciel bleue). Elle est classée comme un feldspath, un minéral intermédiaire entre l'andésine et la labradorite. Elle présente une grande transparence et un fantastique effet de schiller. Le côté inversé est une taille facettée pointue, ce qui rend la taille encore plus brillante.
