Il s'agit d'un pendentif étoile en Quartz Élestial (Super Seven), une pierre de guérison populaire. La sphère intérieure de ce pendentif peut être déplacée, ce qui permet de voir la pierre principale sous différents angles. La bélière est décorée de Moldavite et présente des coupes qui lui confèrent un éclat élégant.
