Il s'agit d'un pendentif fabriqué à partir du rare verre du désert libyen (verre libyen). Comme la Moldavite, c'est un verre naturel formé par l'impact d'une météorite. Ce verre naturel de couleur jaune, attribué à la silice, ne se trouve que dans le désert libyen. De nombreux ornements fabriqués à partir de ce verre naturel ont été découverts dans des ruines antiques autour du désert libyen. Cette pierre a même été utilisée pour les yeux et le plastron du célèbre Toutankhamon, loin de la Libye en Égypte. Des temps anciens à nos jours, sa rareté a captivé les gens. C'est un article très populaire en tant que pierre de pouvoir.
