Il s'agit d'un pendentif en quartz Élestial brésilien (Super Seven). Le quartz Élestial est une pierre mixte composée de « cristal, quartz fumé, améthyste, lépidocrocite, goethite dans le quartz, cacoxénite, rutile ». (Les sept types ne sont pas tous inclus dans chaque pièce.) Il a une transparence claire et les inclusions sont clairement visibles. C'est une pierre naturelle populaire également connue sous le nom de pierre de guérison.
