Il s'agit d'une opale hyalite mexicaine facettée. Elle est considérée comme rare parmi les opales, apparaissant incolore et transparente à la lumière naturelle, mais fluorescent vert néon sous une lumière noire. La première image et la vidéo ont été prises sous lumière noire. Il s'agit d'un produit original KenKen Gems. Cette forme ronde a été authentifiée, le résultat étant "Opale naturelle (avec une structure de croissance caractéristique de l'hyalite)".
