Il s'agit d'un quartz à coupe ronde avec des inclusions d'amphibole (hornblende). Il y a des variations dans l'intensité des couleurs parmi les perles, ce qui crée un bel accent. Le poli de haute qualité et les bords nets lui donnent un fort éclat.
