Ce sont des perles taillées en forme de goutte facettée d'aventurine noire indienne (biotite dans du quartz). Les perles ont une base légèrement translucide avec des inclusions qui scintillent lorsqu'elles sont vues sous différents angles. Chaque perle est fabriquée à la main, ce qui donne des variations individuelles uniques. Leur forme inhabituelle en fait un excellent matériau pour des créations distinctives.
