Il s'agit d'un pendentif très rare fabriqué à partir de météorite pallasite de Sericho (météorite ferro-pierreuse) provenant de la République du Kenya. C'est un article populaire parmi les collectionneurs.
Lorsqu'on le tient à la lumière, les parties translucides jaune-orange sont du péridot, et l'on peut clairement voir comment elles sont parfaitement connectées au métal environnant (nickel-fer).
Les météorites qui présentent cette combinaison de fer et de pierre sont extrêmement rares, on dit qu'elles ne représentent que 2 % de toutes les météorites qui tombent sur Terre.
