Ce sont des perles de cornaline sardoine (sardonyx) avec des bandes de couleur. La couleur rouge accrocheuse est accentuée par des bandes et des motifs blancs. Un autre charme de ces perles est leur "éclat". Grâce à un polissage de haute qualité et à des bords finement travaillés, elles présentent une forte brillance.
