Il s'agit d'une nacre en forme de croix. Cet article présente l'éclat unique du coquillage, que l'on ne trouve pas dans les pierres naturelles. Ce n'est pas une pièce stratifiée, et les deux côtés affichent un bel éclat. Les dimensions verticales et horizontales sont les mêmes, elle peut donc être utilisée avec un trou vertical ou horizontal.
